Description
INTERMECC Engineering BM88 is an automatic machine for assembling shank-board to insole. Shank-boards are put inside a vertical loader, from which every shank-board goes over insole; insole arrives at centering device by means of a conveyor, on which they come from another conveyor for glueing and drying insoles, that can be connected to machine. A centering device determines the right position between shank-board and insole; then a pneumatic system makes assembling operation. At the end of assembling, machine unload is automatic. Machine is equipped with a PLC touch screen, that allows operator to start and control machine working and to make some regulations to define right work to assemble. Production is high, about 900 pairs/hour.
