Description
INTERMECC Mod. BM8 is an automatic machine for change the camber of steel-shank, both increasing and decreasing, but also for making a torsion to rotate extremities. Machine is provided by three brushless motors that make clamping inside vises and bending or twineing steel-shank. A PLC with a touch screen allows operator to define size of deformation, and is situated in the front part of machine, easily to reach by operator. In front part of machine is situated also steel-shank's loader; it consists of a rotating double-station platform: one station is inside the working area, the second is ready to be loaded by operator; the two stations change their position automatically. It is possible to set the number of steel-shanks to work: machine stops at the end of prodution lot.
